To enable many experts to contribute their knowledge, users who have registered for the DVS rules and regulations portal and DVS members have the opportunity to comment on DVS leaflets and guidelines - regardless of whether the documents are available as drafts or have already been published. The extent to which you can use the comment function depends on whether you are logged in as a DVS member or as a registered user.
All users, i.e. DVS members and registered users, can comment on the documents in the DVS rulebook as a whole. DVS members also have the possibility to comment on individual elements of the documents such as text sections, images, formulas, tables, etc.
