Terms of Use

For DVS members, the download of DVS leaflets and guidelines published at www.dvs-regelwerk.de is free of charge. The right to use the downloaded files is limited to the personal member himself in case of personal memberships.

For corporate members, the right to use a downloaded document is limited exclusively to an individual at a primarily used workstation PC. The use of downloaded documents within a company network by several employees requires a separate license agreement with DVS Media GmbH.

Please note the following:

Any form of publication of the DVS leaflets and guidelines deposited in the portal (printed or electronic, in whole or in part) is in any case not licensed by DVS membership and will therefore be legally prosecuted by DVS Media GmbH.
